How do I get a divine weapon?

So I brought the big divine stuff (sorry I play the german version so I don't know all the names for the neglish one) to Andre. I got my spear now to +12. Does this mean it is already divine? Or is it "just" better than +10? Because in the other cases I can see that it turns into the appropriate attribute (like FireX or Magic X). I don't get an option for turning anything into divine either.
So how exactly do I do it? I wanted to have it for Nito.

You need a +5 weapon and green titanite shards.

You need a +5 weapon to turn it into a divine weapon. Either revert your spear or get another weapon to +5.

Du musst zuerst den Mondlicht-Schmetterling besiegen und dann die göttliche Glut nehmen. Dann kannst du aus einer +5 Waffe eine Göttliche Waffe machen. Die große göttliche Glut aus dem Grabmal der Riesen kann nur göttliche Waffen, die schon auf +5 sind, weiter verbessern.

You also need divine chamber. Only specific smith can do devine weapon from +5 weapon.

Got it now. Maybe I was doing something wrong the first time. :) I tried to fight with that spear (divin +2) but the damage is not impressive. I was expecting a bit more. My magic halberd +5 does MUCH more. So when I skill Will, will it get better?

Divine weapons "scale" from faith. The higher your faith, the more added magic damage. Physical damage scales from the strenght and/or dex scaling.
