Help with Manus

lvl 120+ still cant beat manus with sif. plz halp. im right by the fog door before his fight. Anyone please help

if you have the hawk ring + attack tearstone, look just to right of the crevices - don't jump but actually try to align yourself (do not aim but actually position your character so he shoots arrows), and keep on shooting manus down to the point you can actually fight him. Cheesy as all hell but it still works.

Arrows and bows. Spells can't reach him, also make sure no humanities are around, cause they will wreck you.

just tried this and it looks like it was hitting him but it wasmt, is it just the correct placement or what?

In that pit mentioned are some glowing red eyes, if you can find those, you have found Manus. You can use the first person views of the Bows and the Binoculars to try and locate them.

If you can't see the eyes at all, perhaps due to video settings, try firing some arrows randomly? Manus in that pit is not aggressive, he won't move even if you hit him with arrows. So firing randomly might let you find him. That video makes it look like the player was firing semi randomly, and happened to find Manus.

Crossbows and Great Bows might not be able to hit Manus for this trick. Cross cannot be aimed, and Great have limitations to how low you can aim.

From what I can tell only the bow of pharis can hit him with only feather arrows but im only doing about 8 damage per hit, if I move slighty I do 13 damage but I wasnt able to find that angle again.
