how do i upgrade my claymore past +10?

i have it upgraded to +10. also, i was going through the catacombs and i heard the beautiful sound of a blacksmith. but i cannot for the life of me find him! where is he?

if standart path, then u need a very large ember and andre blacksmith,that ember in anor lando ruins, if u talking about chaos enchant, then u need chaos ember that blacksmith vamos in catacombs, chaos ember located in demon ruins

For upgrading past +10 you need to drain the water in New Londo Ruins and find the very large ember there.

To find the blacksmith in the Catacombs there is a spiral staircase (I believe after the second bonfire) that ends in mid air, if you look bellow you can see a ledge you can drop down to, and then drop down further to reach the blacksmith.
