I decided to kill the Firekeeper of Anor londo and the Daughter of Chaos without noticing that I didn't revive the firelink shrine Firekeeper. Anybody know what I can do to upgrade my flasks?

Go save Anastacia from Lautrec in Anor Londo and bring her soul back to Firelink.

Other than that you have to wait for NG+.

Are are you retarded? What I said makes complete sense. If Lautrec dies before Kellogs Anastacia lives, if he kills kellogs first anastacia dies and Lautrec is taking vacay in Anor Londo. So if he killed Lautrec early (before Kellogs) Anastacia would have lived unless the OP killed Anastacia aswell. So he must have killed Lautrec in Anor Londo then consumed Anastacia's soul
