easiest boss?

There are some bosses in Dark Souls that just fall so easily because they're slow and attack patterns are easy to memorize/avoid. For me the gaping dragon and seath have both been complete pushovers with no real strategy needed except run in and attack and within a minute they're down. what bosses posed no threat to you?

For those who have problems with good ol Ceaseless discharge:
After you pick up the gold hemmed set he will ALWAYS do a lava splash. Run up to him, wait until the splash is done (make sure you don't get hit, it might oneshot you), THEN make a dash for the fog gate. Always take the L shaped tunnel on your left. I do this every time and I have yet to be killed by him once.

Iron Golem is pretty easy. I didn't do anything and he died.

Gwyn is the easiest by far, but it's part of the story. Other than that Nito is pretty easy for me when i'm using magic.

gaping dragon, He's super slow.
otherwise pinwheel, but thats mostly because people don't fight him until they need to go to tomb of giants, which is late in the game when you're quite powerfull

If I make a dex build, I go get the great scythe then go kill pinwheel for the souls. Don't even have to use leeroy, he is still super easy.

Manus, like you said.
Capra demon with firebombs or dung pies
Demon firesage: Get him stuck behind a tree and shoot arrows at it.
Bed of chaos: Firebomb method
Seath:hug his side tail
Iron Golem: Shoot arrows through the window(not confirmed,for me anyway)
Super ornstein: Shoot arrows over a broken pillar while he does his range attack.
Ceaseless discharge: kite to bridge and 5 punches knock him off(intended,i think)

Problem with the rest is they aren't extremely easy to do and you still have the potential of getting hit. Bow trick with Manus has 0 chance of failing if you have the gears.

With the Capra Demon cheese method you cannot fail since you don't even go through the fog gate, so that would be the easiest, even though without a bow it is very difficult to get the range down, but you can just get a ton of dung pies and there you go...

Lautrec would be the easiest mini boss I suppose as you can just shoot him from the steps with poison arrows and he will die before he moves. I don't think cheese methods were what the OP had in mind for this discussion though.

On my current playthrough 4 Kings was the easiest along with Pinwheel, although the 4 kings is the hardest so far nearing the end of NG+...

Pinwheel and Seath. Beat them both on the first try lol made me scared i was overleveled XD

I think it's fair to say that even catacombs is harder than him >_>. Also, gaping isn't really easy unless you use the strategy where you run behind him and hit him in the tail. On my first playthrough I couldn't beat him because I always went straight up to him and got rekt but once you use that strategy he's a cakewalk.

Taurus demon. Just lock onto him and keep running against his crotch with your shield raised and hit him after he finishes his attack animations. You rarely get hit.

Moonlight butterfly with magic (or with the NPC phantom) is a cakewalk as well.

I had a ridiculous easy time with Artorias as well. Mind you he kiilled me the first time but with the green blossom the guy was laughable solo.
