Exactly. Back stabbing him is much easier than parrying him. Since his attacks are slow they leave his back exposed for one of dem back stabs.

You can block only 1h atack from him i think, 2h will just dmg you (probably insta kill :) )

Yeah when he misses his 2h attk, that's when you go for the back stab. I like get up in his face and just circle him until he gets pissed off, then he swings his 2h and boom backstab.
