Still possible to get all achievements?

So inspired by a mate of mine I want to 100% all of the souls games before Elden Ring releases, and I'm looking at trying to get all miracles in my next run, and I've just seen the darkmoon blade miracle that needs 10 souvenirs of reprisal in order to obtain.
Just want to know if this is actually possible, seeing as I haven't come across another player at all in this game, is there some other way to farm them like with sunlight medals, or am I ♥♥♥♥ out of luck with this one.

You know the "harpies" (bird woman thing) in the painted world?
They occasionally drop the reprisal.

Yes, you can farm them. You need to go to the painted world, get the annex key from the well to unlock the area where you can farm them. After that, just equip Gold Serpent Ring and enough humanity, then kill the bird enemies, should not take long. Good luck.

Yeah, you can get all achievements and everything in this game offline.
Except lvling up the forest hunters covenant, but you don't lose anything from that.

for sunlight medals id say join warrior of the sunlight covenant and be summoned to peoples worlds to help them beat a boss easy 1 sunlight coin.

It's still possible to play online on PC by using DSCM, it's stickied in this forum!

Just make sure that you don't level up too high, cuz you will need 25 Faith to join sun bro for the sunlight spear miracle (I recommend doing this in NG+3).

If you get summoned a couple times, you don't need 25 faith. But nobody is online anymore.. unless you are playing faith build.

Other than that the most difficult thing to farm is perhaps the Channeller's Trident. Farm all enemy drops in NG, cuz enemies have higher health in NG+.
