Does Fromsoft reuse voice actors from their older games?

I know Fromsoft used some of the same voice actors from demon's souls for dark souls, but did they do that for their older titles? I was playing a little bit of Evergrace to get used to the controls and I ran across an old man who's voice sounded familiar. I couldn't find the credits in the game and the wiki didn't even mention some of the english voice actors. So I don't know exactly who voiced the old man, but it sounded like the voice actor who voices Logan or Andre.

FromSoft uses a UK/JP company called Frognation for all of their voice work and localization since Demon's Souls. Before that they seem to have used a company called Webtone Productions for VO, based in the US. It seems unlikely that those companies would use the same voice talent. Unfortunately it's hard to verify because games from the PS2 era and older often lack full or accurate credits, while legitimate voice actors would often use different pseudonyms to keep videogame and anime work off their resume.
