I refused Gough's offer (DLC spoilers)

So Gough asked me if I wanted help with Kalameet, but since I didn't plan on fighting him for a while I just thought I'd say no, and then come back and say yes later. However the dialogue option isn't reappearing. Is Gough's help lost forever? Or will he ask again if I just die to Kalameet again?

Not sure if that will work but try to visit Kalameet, quit and then ask Gough again. Or even die to Kalameet with ring of sacrifice to not lose anything and then again ask Gough

Pretty sure you can just save and quit, or warp somewhere then warp back. Dying would also do the trick.

He finally asked me again. Just quitting and reloading didn't do it, but I think reseting at the bonfire did the trick. Thanks for the suggestions!
