How does one go about killing Anastacia of Astora?

I could never figure out how to kill her. Killing the moss lady involved one shotting her, while the blacksmith in new londo ruins was killed using a spear. I tried using a spear, special attack from the moonlight great sword, and fire tempest to try to kill her. Any suggestions on a way to clip through the metal bars to kill her?

She is completely invincible, no hitbox.

I had no Idea you could kill Rickert though.I always thought he was invincible so you couldn't totally screw yourself.

You can kill him using demon spear(longest weapon in the game)

Because some of the npc's have funny dialog when attacked or killed. Like the giant blacksmith saying "nighty night" or something along those lines.
