Lost Izalith, Kiln of the First Flame...
Bones 30 AGO 2015 a las 9:47 p. m.
Kiln will get chunks much faster than Izalith but then you won't have the tiny chance of getting a slab.

If pre-Anor Londo, the demon millipedes will have a chance to drop chunks.

The millipedes are those giant... well... millipedes that come out of the walls in the ruins just after ceaseless, and before the golden fog gate to lost Izalith.

Burrowing Rockworms only drop items the first time you kill them. So that's not a good option.

Wiki says the drop rate is just reduced, not 0%... I remember farming them too, though I don't remember if I actually ever dropped anything, too much time has passed, lol.

except the wiki is detailed

It tells you where you can find red chunks:

100% drop from the Black Knight (sword) in front of your starting cell in the Undead Asylum on return visit.
100% drop from the Black Knight (sword) who replaces the Hollow archer in the Undead Asylum on return visit.
100% drop from the second Black Knight (greatsword) in the Kiln of the First Flame.
Dropped by Burrowing Rockworm in Demon Ruins (rare).
Dropped by Chaos Eater in Lost Izalith.
Dropped by Chaos Bug in the shortcut tunnel between Demon Ruins and Lost Izalith (very rare).
Treasure from a corpse in The Great Hollow.
Treasure from another corpse in The Great Hollow.
Treasure from a corpse in Lost Izalith.
Treasure from another corpse in Lost Izalith.
Loot from a chest in Oolacile Township. In the building with the chest containing the Mimic, before you jump just run straight and there will be an illusory wall.
Trade unupgraded Pyromancy Flame with Snuggly the Crow.
Trade Red Titanite Slab with Kingseeker Frampt for 2 Red Titanite Chunks.

You can then click on the name of any monster or area and get sent to a page dedicated to that monster and place for even more details and info. The area pages will also have a map you can open up.

Please accept my sincerest apologies.

In my attempt to be helpful, it seems that I have done nothing but offend. That is not my intent, and I'm truly regretful that it has been interpreted as such and incited such hostility.

When I posted the link, I truly did believe it would be of use and be able to answer your question. At the time of posting it I was short on time due to RL commitments so it was a convenience for me as well. I could copy-paste it much faster then writing a detailed response.

Please allow me a second chance. There aren't any really "good" farming spots, as the drop rates are low in all but one location, and the exception is at the end of the game.

If you can get to the Klin (last area), the second knight wielding a greatsword has a 100% drop rate for the red chunks, and does respawn with a bonfire nearby. It is at the end of the game though.

After that you can try Lost Izalith. The chaos bugs have a chance to drop chunks (but are more likely in my experience to drop sunbro medals). Also in Lost Izalith are the Chaos Eaters, which can drop them and also have a very low chance at red slabs.

Nearby is also the demon ruins, where the Burrowing Rockworm are. There are 6 respawning ones between the bonfire before the firesage fight and that fight, though there are also two taurus demons and a reduced droprate.

Risking more ire, here is another link that may prove useful to you. Alas, it is also from the wikidot, but gives the commonly regarded best spots for various farms.
http://darksouls.wikidot.com/farming

I hope that was useful to you, and I wish you a good gaming experience and as much luck as possible with your farming endeavours.
