If you want. Personally I think it makes moving around Anor Londo easier but you have to take care not to kill the fire keeper. (Easily avoidable.)

I don't see a point to it outside of Darkmoon hunting and killing Gwyndolin early on. While it -does- make Anor Londo easier to navigate, the only time you really needed to navigate the areas enemies will no longer be present is before fighting Orn and Smough. Painting Guardians unfortunately are still present so escaping the Painted World's a bit of a chore regardless.

While I do suggest to kill Gwynevere atleast once in your lifetime to see the drastic change of Anor Londo, the negatives greatly outweigh the positives.

не на что практически не влияет, но можно получить опыт с появившихся врагов из ковенанта темной луны, более того, пропадут назойлевые враги, типа гигантов.

Shoot her in the boob. Left one just to be safe. Then go Shoot her brother with a great bow by standing by the fog gate with the Hawk ring. Trust me it's the only way.

ifyouwantthatis You get Sunlight Blade I believe out of the room after Gwyndolin.

I might be almost 10 years late but I was asking the same thing and found out that the Gwynevere you see its not the real one. She's an illusion made by her sister to manipulate you.:steamhappy:

Of course, kill every NPC. That is the entire point of your journey. It is literally the story of the game.
