Killed lady with big boobs by accident
Jup threw a fireball by accident and she died. What now lol? Did I mess up the entire game?

No. You can now be invaded by the blade of darkmoon, but all the Giant Sentinels are gone. Her only purpoese is to give you the Lordvessel, but if you kill her, she will drop it, so it doesn't matter. And now you can fight an opcional boss in Anor Londo.

I am still new to the game. SL 65 i think. Busy watching dark souls 3 gameplay. So excited.

Unless you -Really- want to be in the Queen's Guard covenant, nah, you're fine. Heck, you can still be in the Blade of the Darkmoon if you absolve your sin before killing Gwyndolin.
