Any way to reset stats?

Hey folks,
So I've probably put about 35-40 hours over the course of a few weeks into farming souls/gear and preparing for a NG+ playthrough, primarily because I wanted to try out a DEX/FAI build with some nicely upgraded gear pieces.

As you can see, I had a pretty fundamentally flawed conception of how NG+ worked. I beat the final boss and here I am back in the asylum with SL 110 and an assortment of bizarre stat choices from my first playthrough ever. (I have over 20 points in resistance, people...)

So I'm wondering if there's some sort of way to make NG+ enjoyable or whether I should just start an entirely new character. Though if I'm going that route, should I just play Dark Souls 2? If you've got an opinion on this or if you know of a way to reset stats, gimme a shout. Thanks! :D

There's cheat engine I guess... but I would start a new character anyway, that's what i always do, I like going through the game multiple times with different weapons and builds, limiting my choices of equipment to certain things.

Start a new character and level up/use different gear. There are tons of options you have, just begin a new

Go for a different builds. There's plenty. Dark Souls2 isn't nearly as good as one so I wouldn't recommend going that route.
