Hollow Thief's Hood
Just those two armors really.
Tattered Cloth set(hands and chest esp.), Dingy Robes and Blood Stained Skirt(highest overall defense to weight ratio), Black Leather Boots(fashionable and practical, but weigh a full 3.0), Black Sorcerer set(All extremely light and offering super magic defense), Hollow Thief's Leather Armor, Wanderer Coat, and finally for a more fem look, mix Antiquated dress set with Maiden's set. Chester's set is very light as well, but suffers from the special upgrade path. Any of the armors on the special upgrade path, which take twinkling titanite to upgrade, tend to be weaker than ones on the regular upgrade path(the armor that goes to +10).
For some poise, if you want a little extra with your wolf ring, Knight/Elite Knight/Silver Knight leggings do the trick. So does the Gargoyle helm. Sure, you could go about and equip anything, but this is for poise/weight/defense ratio optimization really.
also you can try using your bare hands with dragonbody
