Wheres bonfire in new londo ruins?

I remember 100 percent when i played dark souls forst time there was a bonfire in new londo ruins but now i cant find it anywhere.... why ? I googled it n everyone saying there is no bonfire in new londo ruins but i am 100 percent sure there was a bonfire there. Help!!!

Yes, there is a bonfire there, right after you defeat 4 kings.

Nope, it is the Abyss. Other then that there is none.

You can go through the New Londo Ruins' gate leading to the Valley of Drakes and there find a tower right after you cross the bridge. There's a lift to the Darkroot Basin in that tower and on top in the cave you can find a bonfire. I don't know if this ok for you to spend so much time, but there's the only option you have except for Firelink Shrine) I was using Firelink Shrine because it is more convenient for me)

No im not talking about the four kings bonfire. I played on xbox360 back in the day and i specifically remember there being a bonfire after draining the water in the lower section of new londo ruins. Not sure i they removed it in a patch or may b i missed it . But i am quite sure there was one there.

There is no bonfire in New Londo, but you man think about Darkroot Basin bonfire, that is accesible after you drain a water.

Afaik there has never been a bonfire down there. There's a potential lore explanation but I won't go into it. You can get to the 4 Kings fairly quickly from firelink though.

Technically, there IS a bonfire pointer code for the New Londo ruins. It can be used with CE magic to fill in the "last bonfire rested" section so when you die or warp away you spawn somewhere near the firelink elevator exit, but that spawn point is without any bonfires at hand anyway.
IIRC there are even TWO of these ghost bonfires for New Londo, unsure about the second one tho.

Regardless of what your memory tells you, there is no legit bonfire in New Londo now. 146% true.

New Londo is such a small zone a bonfire would be pointless anyway. Too many bonfires in this damn game!

Also pretty sure there was a bonfire in the original at some point where in remastered you now find a chest with a titanite chunk and a Dark knight guarding it
