What level should I be to face the Great Grey Wolf Sif?
My character is level 30 and she's a strength build. What level should I be if I want to face this boss?

Thanks, but should I be worried about my level? Is 30 fine enough to face the boss?

It really depends on your actual skill. If this is your first time playing through dark souls, it might be pretty low. I didnt fight him until later, at around lvl 70-80.

When you were around level 70 was it also your first time playing through? Was the battle at level 70 challenging, easy, or was it somewhere both in the middle?

Well, you can try to fight and learn about her. JUST DO IT!!!

What weapon do you have? With a Black Knight Sword +5 I think I got him around lvl 40. If you've got points in the right places and you're good at dodging, 30 is possible, maybe a little low for your first time through.

Unless you have a very good shield and high stamina you'll have to dodge.

I forgot the weapon name but ti's an axe and it's level 5. I'm someone who just came from Bloodborne so I think it would be best for me to be at least level 40.

I just beat the Bell Gargoyle the other day and I was wondering who should be my next boss to fight.

It's doable, certainly, but I'd leave him for later for your first playthough. You want at least a level +10 or an elemental weapon. It will be a long fight otherwise and you'll probably run out of estus.

If you want the challenge, go for it, you can only die, that's what this games about lol.

Sif has a great soul drop for tanks so I like chasing him early, Using his soul for the Greatshield of Artorias will make the rest of the game a lot easier if you'd rather soak hits than dodge them.

Quelaag isn't actually that hard a fight, but Blighttown kind of sucks. That's probably your next best choice if you're not feeling up to Sif yet.

Have you done the Depths? You'll be able to further upgrade your weapon once that's done and where most people would go next.

Yeah, you're probably right

I probably will head for Blighttown next.

Normally people go Capra > Gaping Dragon > Quelagg on thier first run through.

I beat the Sif at around level 30. I say do it if you are looking for a challenge.
