Club or pick ax ? which is better for a str build

The pick axe is a str based weapon(another variation of the warpick which is a quality weapon.Both of them are best used with the Leo Ring as they deal thrusting damage.The counter hit boost is massive but can be hard to land/achieve sometimes)

What kind of club are you talking about btw?The regular Club or Reinforced Club?Both the clubs and the pickaxe has whiffing animation with each missed swings.I would suggest picking the one with the movesets you're comfortable with.The clubs R2 are really2 bad.Like really bad

regularly club :) i like fast high damage . was just confused by the scaling. Yeah it sucks that they have ♥♥♥♥ r2's but im ok with that ... i will get there

The pickaxe has higher damage than the club on +15 upgrade path btw.Not sure about +0,+5,or +10)
Some weapon's scaling changes when they've been upgraded enough like the great scythe scaling from B changes to A

club... reinf. club...mace.... not really viable weapons. Good only vs low poise beginners with 0 toggle skill. Its too slow to use vs dwgr. Too easy to parry. Too hard to deadangle.

club. pickaxe - warpick.... 30 poise dmg. ...^_^.... hello poise bs.....also nobodys going to trade hits with leo....bait swing - bs...

p.s. Honestly for each char, my first weapon to upgr its a mace. Its just love..even if I know its so bad...

I guess they just set % to show How huge bonus weapon gets From its base damage at 40 str.
Club: 182 +200(110%) = ~386
Mace: 227 + 199(88 %) =~430
