Faith has the lightning spears and healing for PvE, and the max you usually need is 30 vs INT.
int has a much higher cap to become really useful at about 36, and again at 44; worse weapon buffs; better offensive capabilities; relatively useless utility spells in Fall Control/Aural Decoy/Hidden Body; two pretty good pure int weapons in MLGS and MLBH.
In essence--faith is much better as part of a combo build, str/faith or dex/faith, int. is much better as its own focused build. Int rules in PvE.
Oh, INT is also very good at MLGS. That weapon wrecks.
