Try messaging Bandai Namco, there is no other way to buy it unless you want to pay 150 bucks for a key (which, for most people, probably isn't worth it)

I'd highly recommend against buying keys from online resellers. First off, the prices are insane, but also because you could easily get scammed. No one will scam you for $10 for some random game key, but PtDE and its $200 keys, yeah, you could easily get scammed.

The best option, and safest, is to find a physical copy and redeem the license key on Steam, which is possible. I am not sure if certain physical editions are restricted, but my European copy, specifically German, activated just fine. I got the physical edition a while back for around $50. Your best bet is to go to thrift stores and yard sales and see if you can find a copy of it. It'll take some time and there's no guarantee the code hasn't been used on Steam already, but it's the best shot you have at it. If bought at a thrift store or yard sale you could probably pick it up for $20 or less. Also, check FB marketplace and Co. Sometimes you have local-ish listings for a reasonable price. My copy actually came from an online listing.

Oh also, obviously, while having this version is "nice", it's nothing special IMO. No more online, at least not officially, and the frame rate will still dip at times, even with DSFix. Get the Demaster + PtDE armors mod. Less of a headache, unless you already have it and just wanna get 100% again on this version.

Did it get removed from Steam? It looks like it's there for me but I own it.

Yeah, the "buy" button was removed back in 2018.

It's gonna sound stupid but was the license key on a piece of paper or was it actually on the disk/dvd box. Cus I got a disk but idk where the license key would be n I dont have any papers with mine.

The license key is in the game's manual. I don't think there's any other way to find out the license key, I am afraid. Unless you.. for example have the old PC or hard drive, with the Windows installation on there, where the game was once installed. If you've ever played that disc via GFWL and still have the installation somewhere, just the Windows installation, you may be able to find out the license key via looking at regedit. It's not guaranteed, but some games do store the license key details in regedit. But if you do not have that, and just have the disc.. well, SOL. Sorry. Best you could do is just try finding that darn manual, wherever it may be in your house or your parents' house.

If all that doesn't help yet you still want the game on Steam, try local listing websites and yard sales and thrift stores. You could probably find the game for around $15-50. Just make sure and ask the seller, if it's via a local listing, whether or not the license key was ever used on Steam. It doesn't matter if it was used with GFWL before, I am very certain, all that matters is whether or not it was used on Steam before. I highly, as always, recommend against buying game gifts or keys online. Too expensive and too easy to get scammed.

So anti-consumer to remove versions of games from this storefront. One of the nice things about PC is the potential for easy preservation of titles which might otherwise be lost over the generations, but removing stuff like this kind of destroys that potential...
