Well there's a certain shortcut from it to the demon ruins, where a Stray Demon respawns + drops that 100%

is that the shortcut near the giant demon on stairs and 2 fire breathers

You need to be member of Chaos covenant and to be level 2 there I think (30 humanities to give) for shortcut to open. Best check youtube if not sure.
There is roundabout way too, but too much walking from there imo.

You can open the shortcut without being Chaos servant rank 2 if you approach from the Lost Izalith side.

Just to be clear, this guy doesn't mean a respawning magic super Asylum Demon. He means a respawning Titanite Demon.

So, respawning Titanite Demon in the middle of long bridge, above lava where fried chicken dragons stand...
He drops always 2 titanites, but beware, he have almost double health compared to others of his kind...and bridge is narrow.
I use Longbow +15 to harvest him.

1. at the very start of Anor Londo there's a chest with Demon Titanite in it, guarded by two giant soldiers
2. there are 4 (non-respawning) Titanite Demons on the bottom floor of Sen's Fortress
3. one demon is in the same building as O&S (bottom floor)
4. in chests all over Anor Londo
5. the one under undead parish, next to Andre the blacksmith

Generally far easier to get than just farming the one on the Lost Izalith bridge, especially if you already have the Lordvessel.

It's not possible to melee that monster without at least 7 deaths in 10 tryouts.
And we talk about farming titanite so why to bother with risking anything.

I hate titanite demons. With those legs they have really wonky hitboxes, making rolling around them a nightmare!
