Is the chaos blade any good?

Im running a dex build and Im wondering what to do with Quelaags soul. With my other chars I usually turn it into a fury sword, but this time around Im wondering if I should try the chaos blade. Is it a good weapon?

Both weapons are overpowered.

Chaos blade eats 20 of your health when you hit but; it hits like a truck, ridiculous reach and has bleed effect.

What brew said, also both of their damage scale with how many soft humanity you have. (At least I believe... I know the chaos blade does.)

The Chaos blade is a more efficient weapon, much more damage ect, but has a pretty generic katana moveset.

The fury sword, may do less damage, but does it's damage as fire, which is good in pvp for chip shield damage, and also looks really cool (has a fire trail behind it when you swing) and has a couple cool attacks in the moveset. For instance, I think the kick is a backwards summer-salt attack.

Well, I personaly hate how the fury sword looks. It looks like the leg of an insect, which is disgusting, yuck!
As for its move set, its a high dps weapon, that does loots of damage and drains little stamina, ideal for the nooby R1 spammers.
