The Least and Most used weapons?

So I want to hear what you higher-ups have to say about this. What do you all find to be the least, and the most used weapons in DS? (Priority is on least.)

In my (console) experience, I've found scythes first of all to be the most common thing. I don't even see why! They just feel too awkward to swing.

Some follow-ups for most used weapons includes various greatswords (Claymore, Zweihander), the Drake Sword!! (why...) and Katanas to be some of the most used weapons.

On the opposite side of the spectrum... I've thought about a few...

To start with the most surprising one... Spears! They're very easy to acquire, but they're surprisingly absent out of player's hands.

Some follow-ups: The Warpick, the Caestus (and other fist weapons), your simple blades like the Shortsword, the Longsword, and normal daggers. I never see axes, I never see thrusting swords, and lastly, though it's not neccesarily a 'weapon'... firebombs.

But again... this is all what I see... I want to hear from you people, from both you NG+ PvE people and especially from you PvP types... what do you rarely see?

In no order for most used: zwei, claymore, uchi/chaos blade.

Get summoned in Anor Londo, and the summoner has a Drake Sword.

That's the most common weapon I see in PvE. I've seen a few greatswords and halberds too.

Fist weapons, daggers or bows... never.

It's my experience in PvE, I don't know about PvP.

I use a Painting Guardian Sword pretty much exclusively on one of my characters, but I don't think I've ever seen it used by anyone else. I've seen more daggers, bows and fists, actually.

I've not seen a pickaxe or warpick in forever.

On a more serious note, I like to test my PVP skills with some rare weapons like the Abyss Greatsword. Getting those R2s in feels so good.
Same with BK GreatAxe, but I start seeing it used a bit in PVP.
