Feeding him a Slab will give you a few chunks of the same colour. Feeding him White/Blue/Red Titanite Chunks will grant you green shards. Feeding him normal Titanite Chunks will grant you Large Titanite Shards. And feeding him Large/Green Titanite Shards will grant you a few normal Titanite Shards.
Most thing's you can feed Frampt with are not worth giving him, but there are items that give you a good number of Souls, for example most Dragonweapons (5000) or the Gold Hemmed Black Set (1000 per piece).
Bosssouls are a bit different. There are Bosssouls that are worth feeding him with, like the Soul of the Moonlight Butterfly, or Souls that are not worth it, for example Smough's Soul. If you're not sure what to do with a Bosssoul i would keep it, you can make Bossweapons with most souls.
If you're sure you want to consume the Soul and are just not sure about what will give you the most souls, i would check one of the wikis. But make sure you avoid spoiler ;)

If you're going to be pedantic, make sure the other person is wrong before being autistic.
Put it this way:
We can tell that English is your second language and that you're German. Get back to me when you understand what "within a range" means in mathematical terminology. Might want to look into "subsets" as well.
"Correct Blacksmith". Just because there is only *one* correct blacksmith, and his name was not provided, still makes this statement 100% factually correct.
"5-10k". 5k is within this range, so is 100% factually correct. That it is only *ever* 5k does not make this statement incorrect.
Or do you need the formal logic on this one to help you out? Perhaps a dictionary?

Autism everywhere.
