Forest Hunter Covenant recommended SL
I'm looking forward to do some pvp with the cat cov ring but I'm not sure about your average SL for that. I read here that SL65 is the lowest recommended for a cat bro. Is this true?

I'm currently playing a SL55(+-) and after equipping the ring I got nothing, no summons. Of course If I put a foot inside the forest as a human I get an invasion. I'm using DSCM btw.
Should I level up some more? Thanks.

cat covenant ring work same as red orb, it allow you to invade every highter sl than yours, same math formula. So the lowest SL you are, the more people you'll find to invade in forest. who tells you lowest recommended is sl 65? where did you rode this non-sense?

It was in this forum actually. I just researched 'cat covenant ring', I thought it was weird but hey I'm no expert...
I guess maybe I was just unlucky? I'll try waiting more next time I guess.

I play with a lvl 25 build. Use DSCM to connect to other players. Enjoy.

I'm already using it like I stated in the beginning. To DSCM.net. I get like 20 nodes.

How long do you have to usually wait to invade with the ring? I could just use a red orb and be done with it lol

What I usually do is check DSCM net and manually connect to players who are already in Darkroot Forest and human. I usually let myself get invaded and if the invader looks like a new player I drop some humanity for them. As for being in the covenant and invading, I would do the same but I would connect to players with a soul lvl higher than mine.

Just read your post again, apart from the ring, you also have to join the forest hunter covenant to invade.

I forgot to mention that as I thought it was obvious. Yes, I am in the covenant (I talked to the cat). But thanks anyway.

Yeah, the ring last night was working like a charm. I guess it was just the time of the day (people play more at night) that was not the best.
