Doing a little reading around Blighttown, as I just rang the second bell and oh, it turns out I accidentally killed Eingyi. In my defense dude looked like all the other creepy egg things and was in my way. What has Dark Souls taught me after two bells? When things get in your way you introduce them to Mr. Clay More. So Eingyi is dead, does this f'up my game in any way? The white spider chick still talked to me and upgraded my flask. It was clear that she wasn't hostile and she wasn't blocking anything...

Honestly though, the game also teaches you that attacking and killing those egg-bearing dudes is a bad idea, because a bunch of annoying worms pop out.

This is true and apparently they can give you a crazy disease. Anyway, dude got lit up. Part of it was probably due to the adrenaline of taking down the boss and ringing that bell. It all sounded so daunting early on when I first arived in Undead Burg and set out. Now I run Blighttown. Get ready for Taco Tuesdays. ;D

Doesn't make any big change, he just sold 2-3 surge pyromancy, egg to cure from that disease, a pyromancy flame later. You need to get infected to purchase items from him.
