I want to know your opinions on the Top 5 hardest optional bosses, including the DLC.

Bosses (I have not played the DLC, so I didn't include any of those bosses.)

4. Gwyn, Lord of Cinder
3. Seath the Scaleless
2. Four Kings
1. Executioner Smough / Dragonslayer Ornstein

Minibosses

5. Berenike Knight
4. Undead Dragon (if using melee)
3. Titanite Demon
2. Hydra
1. Hellkite Dragon

Nope, if including the DLC there are 7 optional bosses: Moonlight Butterfly, Stray Demon, Dark Sun Gwyndolin, Sanctuary Guardian, Knight Artorias, Black Dragon Kalameet and Manus, Father of The Abyss. As for the "main" bosses there are: Bell Gargoyles, Chaos Witch Quelaag, Iron Golem, Ornstein & Smough, (You can consider Super Ornstein and Super Smough different fights, that will add two more fights to the list, but you only need to fight one so i will use as an example the Super Smough Boss Fight) Super Smough, Great Grey Wolf Sif, Four Kings , Ceaseless Discharge, Demon Firasage, Centipede Demon, The Bed Of Chaos, Seath The Scaleless, PinWheel, Gravelord Nito and Gwyn, so LESS than half of the bosses are optional. Don't take this as an insult, reading this again made me feel like i was insulting you. I'm just correcting you :)

Firesarge and Centipede are optional. And you can skip Ceaseless.

Let me correct you
The optional bosses are: Stray Demon, Taurus Demon, Capra Demon, Gaping Dragon, Moonlight Butterfly, Dark Sun Gwyndolin, Crosbreed Priscilla, Demon Firesage, Centipede Demon and the DLC bosses: Sanctuary Guardian, Knight Artorias, Black Dragon Kalameet, Manus, Father of the Abyss.
If you count Ceaseless Discharge (you can skip it) there are 14 optional bosses in the game out of 26
Edit: Super Smough or Super Ornstein don't count as a different boss, as you fight them in the same area and at the same time as O&S. Even if it was a different boss, there would be 14 optional bosses out of 27, still more than half

4 Kings NG + or beyond sucks so many bags of ♥♥♥♥♥ for certain builds anyway and with no help. Ganging up on you and ♥♥♥♥

You can get high DPS on any build. Power Within, weapon buffs and/or RTSR help a lot in that fight.
