Princess Guard????????
wHAT?
Since when is THIS a thing?!
I've beaten this game twice (on consol)
And never once seen hide nor tail of this cov.
She's never given me the option to join a covenant, she's always just repeated her dialogue.
I've even looked up the Dark Souls Covenants half a dozen times seeing which one I'd have fun in, and this one has never, EVER come up, not even on the wiki!
It's a shame this is my Chaos Cov. run (even chose the witches ring and er'thang) cause this looks like the perfect co-op cov for me when I feel like helping people out.

since, like, forever? it's one of the easiest to access covenants, you just need to talk to her a few times and then on the menu that opens you can choose the option to join the convenant

There's a join covenant option after you exhaust her dialogue.

No this is simply not possible, there must be something to it, she's never given me the option before, was I, was I not pretty enough before?

The only problem I see here is you thinking Chaos Servant as a Coop covenant.

I don't I'm doing the covenant cause I've never gotten around to saving you know who, co-op is what I normally go for but I'd rather do the Chaos Cov this time around.
I've also never used the witches ring so now I get to experience the poor blind fool my self.

Not a huge surprise you're unaware; I'd say it's one of the least interesting covenants to play in Dark Souls. While there's no ranking system and is a co-op covenant, Princess Guards' notable "rewards" are access to Soothing Sunlight and Bountiful Sunlight, Miracles that require a lot of faith, multiple slots, and are group heals.

Princess Guard feels like it cators towards a very specific playstyle in comparison to Chaos Servants or Darkmoons when it comes to magic rewards.

There are many people that play DS in 2. One knowing what they're doing and the other being new. It caters to those kinds of players. And the heals are substantial.

They're even fun to have in PvP. Bountiful + Sanctus + any weapon with HP gain and the situation is largely in your advantage.

I highly suggest not looking down on a covenant just because you think they're not useful. ;)
