Forest Hunter Achievement bugged?

I just reached Alvina's place a while ago, talked to her, answered "yes" to the first question and then "no" to the second (I want to remain a Chaos servant for now).
This would normally unlock the achievement, no matter my answer to her invitation (it has already happened with the Gravelord, the Dark Sun and the Princess, at least), but it didn't happen. I also tried to talk to her again and again, but no achievement.
I haven't found bug reports about this in the wiki's, has anyone had this problem?

You've reached the part of her dialogue which specifically states "Joining this covenant will abandon your current covenant"? - You'll have to intiate this option before the achievement unlocks, and ensure you are playing in online mode. (Online in Steam)

Try to abandon your current covenant and then try to cleanse yourself from any sin in Undead Church after joining Forest Hunter Covenant.

Expanding upon this. By visiting Oswald in Undead Church, you can abandon your covenant without losing any rank. Then join the Forest Hunters proper.

You'll have to return the the Fair Lady to rejoin the Chaos Servant covenant, though once you do you'll immediately regain your current standing.

Wouldnt it only prevent them from getting hostile?It doesnt prevent covenant derank afaik

Absolve sin makes hostile NPCs unhostile. There's another option to abandon your covenant.

I'm talking about the option to abandon the covenant.Like abandoning forest hunter through Oswald wont make Alvina turn into a mad puss
Wikia:"Oswald also allows players to leave covenants without facing a betrayal penalty. However, players will still lose half of their offerings to that covenant"

Yes, I was online and I reached that point in the dialogue (to which I answered "no", for the moment).

I don't know, I'll try to talk with the beast again and see what happens. Eventually, I could consider joining her covenant anyway...
