Will I upgrade Dark moon blade spell for achievement ?

As the description, ''Acquire all miracles''

Now, I farm the item received from crow in panited world and I got 30 Piece

and I can upgrade Darkmoon blade convenant+1 to receive a Darkmoon Blade Miracle

but I am not sure If I want to complete the achievenment , Must I upgrade Darkmoon blade

convenant +1+2++3 or Only +1 for first received a Spell

I think you need 10 for the spell, but why wouldn't you want to get the achievement?

He apologised for his English. He was not sure that if he does want to complete the achievement must he rise in the ranks of the darkmoon.

No you don't have to rise in the ranks of the blades of the darkmoon, you can just get the miracle. Then kill Gwyndy.

Then yeah, just giving 10 souvenirs and getting the miracle will be enought for the achievement
