Can you parry the giant stone knights?

Title. I've been running a dex build with the Target Shield and the Estoc and I've been able to consistently parry every single weapon-using enemy except for these guys. I looked it up, but I couldn't find any information on this. I know you can't backstab these guys, but can you parry them? I'd be incredibly helpful as they give me a lot of trouble with that damn spell of theirs.

Dang. Alright, second question: Can you poison them? I've got the Pharris Blackbow with poison arrows as my ranged weapon. But I have some standard arrows I can use if poison is useless against them. I've also tried pyromancy, but I've only got 8 fireballs right now and I tend to keep them for enemies that are specifically weak to fire.

You can try, but logic tell me that they are immune to poison(well, they are stone). Maybe buy some fire arrows?

They are very weak against weapons like clubs.

Cheers! I think I'll try keeping them at a distance with heavy arrows. Their spell absolutely kills my ability to defend against them.

Or you can just walk around that location near the wall. this way only one knight you'll trigger will be last one near door. And he cant enter the door xD

You can literally instakill them with club even with low STR before they can use their ability or attack you.

You use what works, if you're smart. You aren't the big hero wielding their destined weapon, you're a scavenger in the ashes of the fantasy post apocalypse, maybe one of many that've gone and been turned to ash themselves.
