For the sword, the knight behind the stairs will suffice.
This may seem foolish, but it saves time as what you need is in your immediate vicinity, and the drop chances are the same for any enemy, so you might as well cut down on the time wasted running around and back to the bonfire and focusing solely on those two silver knights.
