He is in Tomb atm but he is such a smug looking prick ass ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

well. well he plays an interesting part in 2 NPC's quests as well as becomes a merchant if you forgive him for trolling you in the tomb of the Giants... so if you want to do those 2 NPC's quest lines and get a merchant, then the answer is no... but honestly i kill him anyway because those 2 characters don't interest me at all and that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tried to kill me 3 times.

Short answer - no.
Another short answer - yes.
Long answer - don't kill him if you want to become the legend.

All he is good for is to sell you Cleric Armor and learn a gesture to bow completely on your knees (think the way a Muslim prays at the mosk, completely prostrated on the floor).

If neither of these things (that to me might be cool to get) matter, just kill his stupid ass. Payback for kicking you down, anyway.

1. Forgive him
2. Kill Nito.
3. Talk to him in Firelink Shrine.
4. Buy EVERYTHING he sells you except the crescent moon axe. You can also learn his gesture.
5. Kill him gently and use "I'm sorry" carve.
6. Pick up the loot.
7. Move on with your life.
