How to beat ceaseless discharge without cheese?

I seriously can't dodge his attacks, they're too large, and sometimes they just deal half of my health, the other times it completely 1 shots me, any tips?

they're dodgeable, you just have to land inbetween his fingers/on the sides of his arms and get ultra lucky with some rolls. isnt the easiest thing to pull off.

It's his fire attack that i'm having trouble with, already tried both sides, but i still can't get far enough to dodge it.

Get havel's ring and some armor with high flame both physical resistance. You may survive a bit longer. And maybe some weapon with high damage and attack speed.

I have all of those four, Havel's ring, Gold hemmed set, Claymore 7+

If he's doing too much damage to you, there is always the option of coming back when you're stronger. Try some other areas first.

Nevermind guys, found out his trick, he tries to predict your attacks, so you can't be constantly moving. Thanks for the help, i beat him.
