They make the PC port game actually playable. The button to 2 hand on the PC is alt I think.

I poorly phrased that,my apologies.
While DSFix is essential regardless of what you are using,the default mouse settings are so bad and wonky its unacceptable. So,DSMFix is also needed if you are going to play with KB&M.

I still play it WITH the Xbox controller prompts. The only "fix" I needed was DSFix. And DSCM.

downloaded dsfix, still have no idea how to two-hand a weapon and none of the solution[s] presented worked, and am stuck on asylum demon still with wonky controls and very low amount of ideas on how to play the game as i missed all of the control prompts because they were for a controller.

second mod made the mouse not move the camera at all (there was no setting for it) and dsfix mod made my fps drop under 10 every time i moved or attacked. gonna stick to vanilla, thanks

Read what each setting in dsfix.ini does, or just look up a damn guide for dsfix, don't be so lazy.
I'm not gonna write down all the things dsfix does for your game but I'm just gonna say the game by default renders in a really low resolution even if you set 1920x1080... it's just an upscaled 1280x720 or something.
