They make the PC port game actually playable. The button to 2 hand on the PC is alt I think.
Buy a controller, it's worth it.
While DSFix is essential regardless of what you are using,the default mouse settings are so bad and wonky its unacceptable. So,DSMFix is also needed if you are going to play with KB&M.
After some tweaking its good.

second mod made the mouse not move the camera at all (there was no setting for it) and dsfix mod made my fps drop under 10 every time i moved or attacked. gonna stick to vanilla, thanks
I'm not gonna write down all the things dsfix does for your game but I'm just gonna say the game by default renders in a really low resolution even if you set 1920x1080... it's just an upscaled 1280x720 or something.
