Cheat engine: bonfire warping

Anyone got any idea of how to do this? I only got the program yesterday and the one guide on YT that explains it no longer stands apparently. (This one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hJ0ugj381mU ) If anyone could help that would be great, thanks!

TJ's table has both list of all bonfire IDs and a last bonfire location adress.

I have the Id's thankfully, I just don't know how to use them / teleport in game :(

... Except as I wrote in the first post, everyone is saying that method of bringing the tables up in the first place isn't working. I can't bring up any tables, my CE looks like this:https://gyazo.com/cfb3cbeaea6f0c56e5cc8d993622a201 Table extra's bringing up appearance data only and trying to load the tables onto DATA.EXE is impossible because its not there.
PS: No cant click the boxes at the bottom.

Don't you think it's kinda er... outdated?

Sadly its the only tutorial I can find, hence why I asked here for help on the matter. The other tutorials on YT cover the armor getting and item grabbing stuff but there doesn't seem to be one up on how to use the newest version of cheat engine to bonfire warp. May be a lost effort lol
