DS Fix No Longer Works

Yesterday I played DS just fine. Today I started the game and DS Fix no longer seems to work (the game defaults to my PC's spanish language setting rather than the english settting on DSFix, everything else also doesn't seem to be working any more either).

I reinstalled DSFix and tried several fixes I found online, but nothing seems to work. Has there been any update today that causes DSFix to no longer work?

I just tested and it works fine for me (with dsfix). You sure you haven't done any changes with your software recently? Game didn't get any updates either in last days btw.

Ah, you already started to thrash about, sometimes hard to resolve an issue once at that point of problem solving, sorry to say. Did you have a Win update since you last played perhaps? Time to uninstall PTDE and start over, it's a small install, about 6 GB.
BUT BACK UP SAVE FILES.
