No. At 40 dex and 32 int it does more damage with dark spells than Logan's or Sorceror's. Reason is it has A scaling on the Int and Demon's has B scaling on Int. Tin Banishment has 20 more mag adjust as well. Weighs 1 unit less as too.

Honestly though you're best off using Logan's or Crystal because of the high mag adjust, S scaling on Int, and the fact that you're going to be slotting normal spells along with the Dark ones.
Sorceror's, Beatrice's, and Izalith all have the same stats and are interchangable. Only thing that's different is Izalith has more durability so it's technically the best of the three.
Common misconception that Beatrice's catalyst is on par with Logan's because lorewise she's as powerful if not more powerful than Logan.

Phase 1 is when none of the roots are dead. Phase 2 is one is and phase 3 is the second being dead.
