How to Plunge Attack with a keyboard?

I already did what others said (fall + hold LMB), but it doesn't work. Yeah, I hit the enemy that I land on, but the damage is similar to a normal attack's. Am I missing something here? TIA.

try not holding, just pressing lmb once - best example is with the asylum demon

Help by raising your "agility". To do a special roll is a lot harder than "pressing left mouse bttn. at right moment for plunging attack".

jump attack by obnoxiously smacking the forward and light attack keys/buttons, and then mash light attack.

Hello. Exclusive Mouse and Keyboard user because I refuse to pay $30 for a controller.

The light attack button is for the plunging attack. By default, I believe that's LMB, but you can bind a keyboard key to it as well if that's more comfortable.

You have to do the attack after you start falling and you're in the air. Once you do that, if the enemy can get plunged, the animation will play. Outside of that, it will deal a lot of damage to anything unfortunate enough to be below you.

I played DS with M+KB till Ornstein+Smough and crashed a wall there.
A few month later I get myself an Xbox Controller and since then it is another game. Really, I also refused to buy one at first, but really, get one. I have mine for a few years now and its good as new.

Really, I cant stress this enough, with controller it is another game and much better.
