Are Stoneplate rings worth using?

I have enough poise flexibility to not need the Wolf Ring on my character, and I'm struggling to think of a ring for my second slot (FaP taking up the first).

I thought about just having all the Stoneplate rings, and switching them around to help with a variety of non-physical threats. Is this worth it, though? I never bothered using them before.

the cloranthy ring is nice if you dont use mask of child or grass crest.

It's a good ring, too bad its hidden so well. Most people dont know about it until they wiki it or fall in the tree by accident.

The Stoneplate rings aren't really worth it, since you can easily replace them with some humanity. There are a lot of useful rings you could use.

If you keep getting one-shotted by the same elemental attack at the same place over and over again, they may solve it a bit. Other wise, they are just situational.

Spell Stoneplate/Ring of Steel protection can be good for momentary swaps if you get hornet backstabbed or riposted by a physical or Moonlight weapon. Otherwise, neh.
