need help removing a mod within the game files

[I love Wild Assault!!!]

basically im trying to remove the Unpackmodding/udsfm thing for Dark Souls to make a fresh install just to get dsmodt to work since the Unpack caused it not to work properly. I tried to manually delete them by going into the files but since it created new ones upon installation I didnt know which ones were from the base game. I uninstalled the game already to erase all files then reinstalled and it appeared again. Is there any way to permanently remove the mod's files?

Uninstall the game, manually delete the whole installation directory, then reinstall.
