dark hand never dropping?

i have countless titanite chunks, 2 titanite slabs, and on one occassion the double-chunk drop from darkwraiths, but i've never gotten a dark hand. can't join the covenant anymore due to placing it with frampt first, and i'm wearing the gold serpent ring, but i probably won't try to use liquid humanity to increase the drop rate due to them being able to steal it. am i just having horrible luck, or is there some higher power that hates me?

Start a NG+ and get the dark hand from Kathe. Far more easier

i'm co-opping with a friend and just beat the 4 kings, and would like the dark hand for both a shield and a tool. i can't go into ng+.

Go into NG+. It doesn't matter if your friend is in NG and you're in NG+, the only thing that matters is SL and if your boss is alive or not.

Actually it protects you from getting super poor shield, which is good only for fashion cosplays.

Dark hands aren't good as shields, they provide good reductions (80% to everything) not the best, but quite balanced, the biggest downside is that they have the lowest stability and they cannot be upgraded by any means, the best thing to do with them is to use them as a way to steal soft humanity

Well, dark hands arre usually a lot more common than slabs. Thank the NRG for that.

Easiest way to get the hand is to join Kaathe in NG+. This way you'll also be able to get the dark set and sword.

He doesnt need to place it actually. He can use the HWB to return to Abyss and join the covenant, getvthe dark hand and then warp out and place it with Frampt

One never gets the desired item... I have farmed those guys for 3 hours to try to get a slab but instead got only dank hands and chunks

One time, I was just clearing New Londo and I got a Titanite Slab with 200+ (not wearing symbol of avarice or covetous gold ring) item discovery.
