Daughters of Ash - large ember location

I beat nito and have 11 large titanite shards and even some chunks, but I still have not found the large ember. Where is it found?

The one that allows you to upgrade to +10? Somewhere in Sen's Fortress

I do believe it is in Sens Fortress, not sure where though.

That's just for the vanilla game, not the DOA mod.

It is in the upper parts of Sen's, it's not hidden in an obscure place or anything
