Me too! Though, from what I've seen of Bloodstained I'm not terribly thrilled by it. It's really difficult to capture the essence of what made games like Super Metroid and Castlevania: SOTN so great.

I didn't really like this theme the first time I listened to it, but the more I listened the more I realized how much the boss' character reflects in her music; and it's not just the music in this case, her attack patterns and spell card names all reflect her ability and character in a way you rarely see in other games, and it's part of the reason this track became one of my favorites... everything about this boss goes just goes so well together, ZUN really nailed it on the head that time

Good stuff all around! Gwyn's theme is one of my all time favorites to practice martial arts to, believe it or not! The Metal Gear Solid opening is still one of the best in the series.

As for DS going underwater.. there is New Londo.. sorta.. I guess.
But how would you implement something like a full-on underwater area, gameplay wise?
