Its just a r1 r1 r1 build.

The strength of the build lies in its fastroll, heavy damage, heavier stunlock capabilities and disgustingly high health, stamina and absorption. You can make a lot of mistakes using this build. You opponent cannot.
The original "Giant Dad" video was posted under the title of "He's Back", a reference to the Flip ring working for midroll builds, thank ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ god they patched that.
At sl120 meta pvp it's kinda unexciting, though still viable for a good player. More of a meme these days.
The zweihander is still a very powerful weapon in some situations, and a very debilitating one to rely on. The grass crest shield is still omnipresent. Giant's armour is still very powerful and overused. The rings of FAP and Havel are still superpowerful, just like Flip, Poise, Hornet and probably some other rings. Mask of the father still does nothing.
Why would they do anything about it? Yeah it's going to be in the remaster.
You're going to have worse things to worry about in the remaster anyway. That build is gimped until it gets enough endurance to at least midroll. They need 66 end + FAP + Havel's Ring to fast roll. You will see an occassional one one low level griefers but they're going to fat roll. At low level you're going to have twink griefers who are optimized for like SL 25-30 so they can hit players with SLs in the teens.
you mean this? SL 13 and midroll
