What is the lightest armor with best poise?

I am hoping to keep my weight low yet still have a high defence. atm i am using logan's robe max lvl with giant's gauntlets... but i know there are probably better ones.

Put ya stats in here:

Then go to the left side of the screen, use the maximise armor option, for defense or poise. Won't be precisely the same, but high poise setups usually have ok defence too.

You could wear any armor you want, if you want poise you could use wolf's ring
