RIP Soul of Manus

So...I went to Snuggly the Greedy to trade Soul of Manus for Pursuers. Guess who doesn't have either of those now, yup me

> I dropped SoM, went to undead asylum, travelled back - no Pursuers
> I already tried quit and reload, nothing
> I've read somewhere about checking a chest for lost items, nothing there as well

That sucks dude! You're supposed to just drop the item, quit to menu, then restart and the item will be there. I've never used the method you are describing to get snuggly to drop stuff.

The chest that gives lost items is only for items that are required for certain conditions, like the ring Alvina gives you for the forest covenant. It's not for consumables such as Soul of Manus.

Try this trainer:

It can add items in the form of enemy drops. You can add pretty much anything, including Soul of Manus or even Pursuers, so that you don't have to ruin your playthrough.

Either that, or just head into NG+ and you'll have another opportunity.

With Snuggly, remember the rules:

Only drop ONE item, then quit/reload. If you drop multiples, you lose the items. If you leave the area, you lose them too.

Post your soul level. Someone might be willing to connect to you and drop you the soul. It's pretty useless if you're not a mage of some kind.

I'm not sure what happened, I've traded with him before (by travelling between Firelink Shrine - Undead Asylum, and by quit+reload) and it worked. Anyway, I did the Trainer thing to get Pursuers and it worked! Thank you very much :)

I know that, but I've seen players using it and looks awesome xD just want to try it
