Report a translation problem
1) Needs more time getting used to
2) Is better and more straightforward in PVP than in PVE.
Don't get me wrong, once you get used to the moveset they are still pretty great PVE weapons, but the backstab, dead angle, and infinite stunlock potential from PVP doesn't translate to a more gimmicky PVE fighting style.

Of course Chaos Blade is better.
Slow startup shouldn't be a problem, unless your playstyle is reactive rather than predictive. Obviously, if reaction speed is your thing then a Murakumo build will feel rather slow. Try playing without locking onto your opponent and you'll start to see the weapon shine.
