Do you mean magic? For a knight mage you want vitality, some endurance, intelligence, attunement for more spell slots, and strength, dex or both depending on your weapon of choice, unless you use an int scaling weapon, in which case just int.

Ignore anything else. Especially ignore resistance. Can't stress that enough.

I'd increase health and endurance first, as long as you have the stats for weapons/spells you're comfortable with using. Plenty of time to level scaling stats later, and upgrading weapons/gaining better spells counts for more in the early game anyhow.

Isn't there hexes in this game like Dark Orb etc?

I want to use S scaling Dark damage Greatsword. But I need to know about stat order, not "you need some of them, and some other, som some some."

Tell me until when increase health and endurance and in which order and then about others. Thank you.

Dark magic is in this game, once you get to the DLC. I suppose it's a little like what I've heard of hexes, i.e. obnoxious. There is no dark infusion, so you may need to change your plans. You can't have a dark greatsword.

No such thing as a "dark" infusion. You can use Magic or Enchanted weapons, or just normal +15 with a spell buff like CMW, or just use the Moonlight Greatsword (which is very good in this game, but acquired more than halfway through the game). Depending on what you want to use, your stat alignment will change.

Dark Magic, like the Moonlight Greatsword, is obtained more than halfway through the game.

I'd advise just playing the game through once before trying to make a specific build; I wouldn't do that until you know where everything is and understand the mechanics better.

Dark Orb is a hex!

In dark souls two it is. Here's it's just the second worst dark magic spell. Also the joint least hated.

Okay. So calling hex to the dark magic kinda sucks. Which is the best dark magic here?

There's no Dark damage in DS1. Everything "Dark" just does split physical / other type damage (magic or fire). Best 'Dark' Spell are Dark Bead and Pursuers.
