you don't think i did that already
do you have a unusual monitor ratio?
i just did that anyway in preperation for remaster.
Try doing a manual windows update to see if your pc is missing any windows 10 updates.
If you see in your own list of things you tried to get it running I could imagine there is some things left over from previous attempts. Try to clean-up your windows registry?
Also in my machine it seems to be CRITICAL that you do not click with your mouse when the game loads up it's first window, if I do that my machine won't refresh the screen and you're stuck with nothing to see. And you don't hear game sounds either then. (but the game is running)
On a last note, try to get the game to run without any mods. (that means get it to load to the main menu, not actually playing it.)
Once you get to see the main menu, go to options and disable the settings at the bottom so they both are OFF. Then quit out and download the latest DSFIX and install that correctly.
